Our customer – restaurant Pilnas Samtis – increased their turnover 10 times in the lasts weekends when using the app. What happened? Read their story here.
Pilnas Samtis opened their door one year ago. Their location is not central but in a newly evolving neighborhood. Neighborhood was just being built at that time so it was quite risky for a restaurant to start their business there.
However passion and motivation encouraged enough and Pilnas Samtis started offering lunch menu and working just in the daytime. The beginning was really difficult so owners was searching for a new ways to increase their sales.
Our paths crossed unexpectedly and right away we found a topic to talk about – how they could use an app for improving their business and attracting more customers even from the further neighborhoods. Soon we launched the app of Pilnas Samtis.
For this restaurant we felt the biggest impact of the app on a weekends. As it is mostly lunch time restaurant, it was struggling on a weekends. We started using the app promoting weekends – offering some special deals and discounts which are valid only with the app and only on a weekends.
We believed that traffic will increase but did not expect so much. On a first weekend there was three times bigger turnover. On a second and third weekends we reached ten times bigger turnover. Last weekend we did not use the app for experiment.
Turnover was ten times lower.
We found a key to success for this nice restaurant and we keep working on increasing the amount customer they receive.
There is not only this one tool in the app for increasing sales but in this particular case we found the best solution with push notifications.

We notice that our clients are actively using the app now and come to our restaurant to use special offers which are available just through the app. We received some questions about an app for Apple devices, so together with “Broliai Lietuviai” we are already working on that. It warms my heart that our customers noticed the app of our restaurant and support our brave step.
